Ilio & Co.'s founder Leah came up with the concept of using up-cycled, vintage materials from browsing through a rack of aloha shirts at an antique shirt in Maui. The prints and colors inspired her to create something cool and authentic for pups.

Leah always felt guilty when she visited the islands without her dog because she knew it was a place the dog would enjoy. Ilio & Co.'s collars are a way for the brand to share a bit of aloha with their customers' pups, whether they live in Hawaii or not.

The company creates thoughtfully designed, handmade dog goods using upcycled vintage materials. It is a significant step towards a regenerative culture where the end products are cleaner and healthier. It is Leah's hope that Ilio & Co.'s collars, leashes, and accessories embody the spirit of pure joy or "aloha" - whichever has a deeper cultural significance to native Hawaiians.
