For over 20 years the founder of Na Maka Kahiko has carved bone makau and koi, as well as ohe kapala.
Customers can find some of the items that make up the Na Maka Kahiko brand at the Bishop Museum Shop Pacifica, the Honolulu Art Museum Gift Shop, and many other local venues.
Na Maka Kahiko was created to bridge the past with the present by creating hand-carved wearable art that was inspired by the works of their kupuna.
