Stacey Lee, the founder of Stacey Lee Designs, was born and raised on the island of O'ahu, where she grew up sewing and making jewelry. She attended college in Oregon and lived and worked in Silicon Valley, where she continued to create jewelry on the side, filling orders for her designs during her off time.

An unexpected lull when the dot-com bubble burst provided to be the life-changing moment that Stacey needed because she returned to Hawaii to pursue her passion.

Stacey is always seeking inspiration through life's experiences and has traversed the world, from the Crown Jewels collection in London to the gem district in Bangkok. Gemstones and pearls have become her daily muse, and zen-like hours are spent transforming them into reflections of her surroundings in the Pacific.

The founder personally hand-selects all of the materials herself, and when she is on a buying trip, she refuses to adhere to a game plan and likes to keep an open mind to emerging fashion trends. This approach keeps her designs distinctive, and it keeps her inspired. Each piece is uniquely handmade, and no two are exactly alike.

Stacey Lee Designs has since become known for elegantly wearable jewelry, which is the perfect complement to the cosmopolitan style of the islands. Stacey's designs are heavily influenced by her beautiful island surroundings, incorporating pearls, gemstones, and seashells into timeless, wearable art.
