This Kai Organic Green & White Tea Loose Leaf Infusion from PonoInfusions is available at Pop-Up Mākeke and is made from certified organic ingredients, Kai's mineral, and vegetal notes. They are reminiscent of the powerful ocean that surrounds our Hawaiian Island chain.
Kai means ocean in Hawaiian, and with this loose leaf, tea drinkers can enjoy the exhilaration of Kai with an infusion of green and white tea and herbs. This plunges drinkers into the deep, blue world of the honu (Hawaiian green sea turtle) and of water birds such as the ae’o (Hawaiian stilt), both featured on this package.
This delicious tea does contain caffeine. However, it can still be enjoyed any time of the day if you would like. Whether you are having tea in the morning, or you work nights and don't want to drink caffeine, or you need to stay up, this tea can keep you company.

1. Scoop one heaping teaspoon (1.5g) of Kai into a tea strainer or sachet.
2. Pour 8fl oz. of hot water into a teacup to steep at 170-185 ° F (76-82 ° C).
3. Allow Kai to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
