Perfect for: Espresso, batch brew, french press
Suggested brewing: French press. 17g of 200F water to 1g coarse ground coffee. Pour just enough water to fully saturate all the grounds and let bloom for 30 seconds. Then add the remaining water and brew for an additional 3:30. Decant and serve.
